Sound has a deeply healing and balancing effect on mind, body and soul. Sound vibration is a powerful generator of energy, helps release blockages and cleanses your cell and energetic body, so that you can vibrate on a higher frequency and experience more joy, and feeling 'alive' and 'light'.

13:10 Arrive on Nordkoster @ Västra Bryggan
13:45 Doors open 
14 Journey Time
16 Fika + sharing time with delicious homemade ekologisk cake, cacao & tea (coffee on request)
18 Farewell's
19:20 Boat departs Västra Bryggan for Strömstad

Bring:
Mats, blankets and eye pillows provided. 
Come in comfy clothes and bring cosy layers/socks, a head cushion if you like.
